Nüwa Square is located north of Qingfeng Road and east of Lvdao Road in Yucheng District. As a landmark urban reception hall in Ya'an, it was meticulously built with a total investment of approximately 136 million yuan, covering an area of about 4.95 hectares (equivalent to 7 standard football fields). The project centers on the newly built art center and landscape pedestrian overpass, carefully polishing the garden landscape and cultural facilities to vividly present the cultural context of Ya'an's ancient eight scenic spots. By creating characteristic cultural performances and cultural tourism consumption scenarios, it integrates ecological recreation, commercial consumption, and cultural experience, activating the development momentum of new urban business forms. Now, it has become a high-quality public space that ignites urban vitality and a place for citizens to experience new lifestyles.

Among them, the "Pokiddosports x Panda Sports Park", jointly created by a professional subsidiary of Ya'an Culture and Tourism Group and Pokiddosports, has successfully settled as Sichuan's first image flagship store, injecting new vitality into the integration of Ya'an's culture and tourism with innovative business forms.

This special architectural form brings double design challenges: on the one hand, how to build a linkage system of high and low-altitude projects in the 14-meter-high central area to enable organic interaction between the three floors in the vertical dimension; on the other hand, facing a large number of oblique walls and acute-angled areas in the fan-shaped site, how to achieve more than 90% space utilization through functional layout. Especially when the three floors are isolated from each other, how to break the sense of space separation through traffic line design has become a core problem throughout the entire design process.

The comprehensive service area builds a convenient reception hub with a clear wayfinding system; The rock climbing competition area creates a professional racing track; The screaming slide area forms a visual focus with a combination of specially shaped slides; The expansion challenge area builds a double-layer high-altitude adventure matrix relying on hollow columns; The dynamic trampoline area is designed with multi-dimensional bouncing surfaces; The digital sports area reconstructs projects such as bowling and interactive basketball through technical means; The comprehensive physical fitness area plans an obstacle training system; The TAG competition area creates a technological battle space; The real CS laser area builds an immersive battlefield; The rest area & party room provides parent-child rest and social gathering scenes. This zoning, through the design logic of "leisure + sports + entertainment", allows players of different ages to quickly lock in their interested areas and form a closed loop of different experiences. Moreover, through the coordinated layout of functional blocks, operators can achieve efficient cross-regional supervision, saving 20% of labor costs compared with traditional layouts, and balancing experience comfort and commercial operation efficiency.

The project took a total of 60 days from construction to acceptance, and the team achieved efficient construction through scientific scheduling. Due to the large number of cross-construction operations involved, the Pokiddosports installation team, engineering team, and decoration team coordinated operations according to the on-site situation, adopting a combination of synchronous construction or staggered construction to maximize the use of construction space and time under the premise of ensuring safety. The overall construction progress was 10% shorter than the original plan. The Pokiddosports engineering quality team was stationed on-site for supervision throughout the project construction, strictly implementing industry safety standards, rechecking the construction details one by one, and efficiently advancing according to the daily task plan to ensure the high-quality delivery of the project. To ensure the quality of the park's products and the safety of play, a strict inspection process is implemented during the project delivery and acceptance stage to accurately control every detail.

Golden four-dimensional self-inspection: The project manager leads the technical team to carry out acceptance in four dimensions for each equipment according to the "Project Self-Inspection Form", including strength (static load test), safety (fall protection simulation), playability (ergonomic experience), and craftsmanship (joint precision detection). Each project passes an average of more than 10 index inspections;

Visual safety guidelines: Customized illustrated "Safety Codes" and "Safety Instructions for Admission" for each project, with schematic diagrams and videos from player height/weight restrictions to action specifications, which are played at the entrance;

Systematic training: Conduct systematic training covering function and gameplay explanation, equipment operation specifications (including emergency drills), and daily maintenance standards. The operation and maintenance team can only take up their posts after passing the practical assessment;

Two-way confirmation mechanism: After finally passing the full-process simulation acceptance of equipment operation, both parties sign the "Project Acceptance Confirmation Form" containing multiple core clauses to complete the professional handover from construction to operation.
