The client, an entrepreneur with a passion for the children's entertainment industry, aimed to create a unique indoor sports park in Tianjin. They were attracted by Pokiddo's professional design and rich experience in the field. However, they had concerns about the high cost of construction and the effective utilization of the space with many columns. During the communication process, our team patiently listened to their needs and concerns. We conducted in - depth market research and analysis, and proposed a series of solutions. For example, we suggested using cost - effective materials and optimizing the space layout. Through continuous communication and negotiation, we finally reached a consensus, and the client entrusted us with this project.

Tianjin is a large city with a large population and a growing demand for children's entertainment. The development of the indoor playground industry in Tianjin is still in the ascendant, and there is a huge market potential. The Beichen District, in particular, has a large number of families with children, providing a stable customer base for the project.

The site is an old factory building, which has the advantages of a large space and a high ceiling. However, the presence of many columns and cross - braces poses challenges to the design and construction. We need to make full use of the space while minimizing the impact of these structures.

Our design team adhered to the principle of "customer - centered" and "safety first". 

We aimed to create a dynamic, fun, and safe environment for children. In terms of color, we chose purple, blue, orange, and yellow to create a lively and cheerful atmosphere. 

In terms of layout, we divided the venue into different functional areas according to the characteristics of the equipment and the needs of the customers.

We developed a detailed project plan, including the construction schedule, equipment procurement plan, and personnel training plan. The project was divided into several stages, including the design stage, construction stage, equipment installation stage, and commissioning stage. Each stage had clear goals and deadlines to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

We selected a variety of high - quality and safe equipment from well - known manufacturers. The equipment includes trampolines, rock - climbing walls, slides, high - altitude swings, and interactive sports equipment. All the equipment meets international safety standards and is suitable for different age groups. For example, the trampolines are made of high - strength materials and are equipped with safety nets; the rock - climbing walls are designed with different difficulty levels to meet the needs of different climbers.
